Description
EAJ FG 2000 Food Grade Grease is manufactured using the premium finest base oil and superior high quality
additives. Excellent lubrication and protection for food processing machineries against wear. Suitable for all food
processing equipment operated under dry and wet condition. Operates effectively in between temperature at –
30°C to 170°C (-22°F to 338°F)
Product Application
Before adding EAJ FG 2000 to a bearing, the bearing should be purged of all existing grease, oil, or preservative
oils used to protect it during storage. If left in bearing, these hydrocarbon oils can form carbon deposits at higher
temperatures, which may accelerate bearing failure. After bearing surfaces are cleaned, they should be
lubricated/wiped with EAJ FG 2000 and properly stored to prevent corrosion. Chlorinated solvents should not be
used because they can leave chlorine, which can cause corrosion. Proper lubrication is achieved by using the
correct amount of grease. Too little grease in the bearing causes premature failure.
