For Steam Turbines (Conventional & Nuclear)
Toyo-G TLI Series – Turbine Oil (TBO)
Application: Main turbine bearings, governor control systems, gearbox (if applicable).
Why it works: Excellent oxidation stability – resists sludge and varnish formation. Superior demulsibility– separates rapidly from steam condensate. Outstanding rust and corrosion protection. Good air release properties.

For Gas Turbines (Peaking & Combined Cycle)
Toyo-G TLI Series – Turbine Oil (TBO) – High Temperature Grade
Application: Gas turbine bearings, control systems, couplings.
Why it works: Formulated for higher operating temperatures than steam turbines. Excellent thermal stability resists deposit formation on hot bearings. Outstanding oxidation life.

Toyo-G TLI Series – Synthetic Gear Oil (IGO – Industrial Gear Oil)
Application: Wind turbine main gearbox, yaw and pitch gearboxes.
Why it works: Full synthetic formulation (PAO or PAG based, depending on grade). Excellent extreme pressure (EP) and micropitting protection. Extended drain intervals (3-5+ years). Good low-temperature start-up performance (-30°C and below).

Toyo-G EAJ Series – Polyurea Grease (for Generator & Ancillary Bearings)
Application: Wind turbine main shaft bearing (large scale), generator bearings, yaw/pitch motor bearings.
Why it works: Long-life polyurea thickener – excellent mechanical stability. Wide operating temperature range (-30°C to 150°C+). Good water resistance for offshore.

Application: Turbine guide bearings, wicket gate linkages, trash rack cleaner bearings, crane wire ropes.

Application: Wicket gate hydraulic actuators, turbine control systems, trash rake hydraulics.

Toyo-G EAJ Series – Polyurea or Lithium Complex Grease
