EAJ – 8-1K WRGL (Wire Rope Grease)

TOYO-G EAJ – 8-1K WRGL  – This grease is a high viscosity grade, grey-black wire rope lubricant. It contains special functional
additives and is fortified with MoS2 (molybdenum disulphide) which imparts a long-lasting film on working surfaces. It also resists water washing and has good anti-wear properties resulting from being a solid lubricant. It features exceptionally low volatility due to the high molecular-weight olefin polymer base stock. As the ambient temperature increases, this olefin will evaporate slowly to leave a layer of pure
highly-refined dry lubricant on the metallic surfaces, thus preventing metal-to-metal contact. EAJ 8-1K WRGL 00 is recommended for use on most types of wire ropes and cables, link chains, track rollers, lifting ropes, cranes, cargo hoists, draglines, and applications that require
hard film lubrication and protection
