TOYO-G SWO series Slideway Oil is specially formulated from high quality pure base stocks and special additives package to prevent the oil from being squeezed out, slippage and judder. Its special tackiness agent improve its ability to stay in place.
TOYO-G SWO series are blended with new improved additives package to prevent corrosion, oxidation and reduce component wear.
TOYO-G SWO has excellent thermal stability and anti-wear performance. The EP (extreme pressure) additive system gave a protective film strength under heavily loaded conditions to prevent scoring of slideway and guides, ensuring effective performance over a long period of time.
Specially designed for use on horizontal and vertical ways and for roller-type systems. Machine tool slides and tables and other parts that requiring tackiness.
