TOYO-G NC81 is a non-chlorinated multi-purpose PREMIUM GRADE neat cutting oil specially developed for cutting in both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It has been formulated from careful selection of base oil and special additive package to provide excellent lubricity and stability. Together with high level of additional extreme pressure additives, it reduces the generation of heat removal process, thus removed tools wear and improved surface finishes comparing with conventional product types. TOYO-G NC81 is light in colour and light oil viscosity in order to minimize the problem of contamination.

PRODUCT APPLICATION

Specially designed for a variety of professional machining operations in both CNC and manual machining, including cutting, automatic screw, sawing, drilling, tapping, threading, milling, high speed tool steels, etc. It can be used as a metal cutting and lubricating oil.
