TOYO-G C70 ALU is a non-corrosive multi-purpose PREMIUM GRADE water soluble cutting oil specially developed for cutting in all kind of aluminum materials. It has been formulated from highly refined mineral oils and special additive package to provide excellent lubricity and stability.
It can reduce the generation of heat removal process, minimize the problem of contamination and safe for use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well.
Specially designed for a variety of professional machining operations in both CNC and manual machining, including cutting, automatic screw, sawing, drilling, tapping, threading, milling, high speed tool steels, etc. It can be used as a metal cutting and lubricating oil.

PRODUCT DILUTION GUIDE

1 part cutting oil to 20 parts of water (1:20) or (5%) for general cutting
1 part cutting oil to 40 parts of water (1:40) or (2.5%) for general grinding
Ratio can be increased depending on water quality and level of cutting and grinding action.
Grinding: 2% to 5%
Milling, Drilling and Turning: 3% to 5%
Reaming and Tapping: 8% to 10%
