For Precision Actuators & Robotics (Flight Controls, Landing Gear, Weapon Bay Doors))

Toyo-G EAJ Series – Robot Arm Grease

Application: Linear actuators, rotary actuators, flight control surface mechanisms, landing gear retraction linkages, weapon bay door mechanisms, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) gimbals and control surfaces.

Why it works: Formulated for low friction and low particle generation – critical for precision positioning. Wide temperature range (-40°C to 150°C+). Excellent mechanical stability – does not break down under continuous cycling. Low oil separation (bleed) – prevents migration to sensitive components. Good corrosion protection.

Benefit: Reliable actuator performance across temperature extremes. Reduced wear on precision mechanisms. Low risk of lubricant migration to nearby electronics or optics.

For Avionics, Connectors, & Sealed Electronics

Toyo-G SO Series – Silicone Grease (Dielectric Grade)

Application: Electrical connectors (circular and rectangular), avionics rack connectors, sealed cable terminations, radar system connectors, electro-optical sensor housings.

Why it works: Low outgassing (low VOC) – minimizes contamination of sensitive electronics and optical surfaces. Dielectric properties – does not conduct electricity. Wide temperature range (-54°C to 200°C). Chemically inert – does not attack wire insulation or connector housings. Water repellent – protects connectors from moisture ingress.

Benefit: Reliable electrical connections in sealed avionics bays. Prevents corrosion in connectors. No outgassing related optical fogging.

For O-Rings, Seals, & Fuel System Components

Toyo-G SO Series – Silicone Grease (Seal Lubricant Grade)

Application: Hydraulic system O-rings (phosphate ester and mineral oil systems – check compatibility), fuel system seals, landing gear strut seals, door seal mechanisms, pressure bulkhead seals, oxygen system fittings (with proper compatibility verification).

Why it works: Excellent elastomer compatibility – does not swell or shrink most aerospace elastomers (Viton/FKM, NBR, PTFE, EPDM – verify each). Wide temperature range maintains seal flexibility.

Chemically stable in contact with fuels and hydraulic fluids (verify specific fluid compatibility). Prevents seal galling and installation damage – acts as assembly aid.

Benefit: Prevents seal damage during assembly. Reduces seal wear in service. Prevents fuel and hydraulic fluid leaks.

For Ground Support Equipment (GSE)

Toyo-G TLI Series – Hydraulic Oil AWS (HO AWS)

Application: Aircraft tow tractors, baggage loaders, cargo loaders, hydraulic mules (ground power units with hydraulics), aircraft jacks, weapon loading equipment.

Why it works: High anti-wear (AWS) protection for hydraulic pumps. Good thermal stability. Good water separability (outdoor equipment). Excellent filterability. Oxidation stability for extended oil life.

Benefit: Reduces GSE hydraulic system failures. Extends oil change intervals. Reliable operation in all weather conditions.

Toyo-G EAJ Series – Lithium Complex or Calcium Sulfonate Grease

Application: GSE wheel bearings, pivot pins, fifth wheels (tow tractors), loader scissor linkages, tow bar connections.

Why it works: Water resistant (outdoor equipment). Good EP protection for heavy loads. Good corrosion protection. Wide temperature range.

Benefit: Reliable GSE operation in all weather. Reduced regreasing frequency.

Application: Cleaning GSE electrical connectors, sensors, control panels. Degreasing parts during GSE maintenance.
