Toyo-G TLHD Series – Heavy-Duty Gear Oil (GO)
Application: Gyratory crushers, cone crushers, ball mills, SAG mills, vibrating screens, apron feeders.
Why it works: Excellent extreme pressure (EP) and anti-wear protection – handles shock loads. Outstanding micropitting protection for critical gears. Good thermal stability. Excellent rust and corrosion protection. Demulsible (separates from water contamination).
Key Specifications: High viscosity grades (ISO 220, 320, 460, 680) for open gear and circulating oil systems.
Benefit: Protects against gear and bearing failure under shock loads. Extends oil drain intervals in harsh conditions.
For Gas Turbines (Peaking & Combined Cycle)
Toyo-G TLI Series – Turbine Oil (TBO) – High Temperature Grade
Application: Gas turbine bearings, control systems, couplings.
Why it works: Formulated for higher operating temperatures than steam turbines. Excellent thermal stability resists deposit formation on hot bearings. Outstanding oxidation life.

For Heavy Mining Equipment Bearings & Pins (Dusty, Dry Conditions)
Toyo-G EAJ Series – Bentonite Grease (Clay-Based)
Application: Dragline swing bearings, shovel pivot pins, conveyor idler bearings (dry sections), crusher main shaft bearings.
Why it works: Bentonite (clay) thickener – specifically formulated for dusty environments. Tacky and adhesive – forms a physical barrier against dust ingress. Excellent mechanical stability. Higher dropping point than lithium greases. Good extreme pressure (EP) properties.
Benefit: Keeps dust and fines out of bearings. Extends bearing life in dry, dusty mining operations. Reduces regreasing frequency.
Critical note for your sales team: Bentonite grease is a specialized product for dry, dusty mines. Do NOT use in wet conditions (it may wash out). For wet conditions, recommend Aluminium Complex or Calcium Sulfonate instead.
For Wet Mining & Wash Plant Applications (Waterlogged Conditions)
Toyo-G EAJ Series – Lithium Complex Grease
Application: Wash plant screen bearings, slurry pump bearings, thickener mechanism bearings, conveyor idlers in wet areas.
Why it works: Excellent water resistance – does not wash out easily. Good extreme pressure (EP)properties. Good mechanical stability. Wide operating temperature range.
Benefit: Survives in wet and slurry environments. Protects bearings from water ingress and corrosion.
Toyo-G EAJ Series – Calcium Sulfonate Complex Grease
Application: Heavy equipment undercarriage pins (excavators, dozers), slurry pump bearings, outdoor equipment in wet climates.
Why it works: Superior water resistance – even better than lithium complex. Outstanding extreme pressure (EP) – handles high loads. Excellent corrosion protection. High dropping point (260°C+).
Benefit: Best-in-class protection for the most demanding wet and heavy-load applications.
For Hydraulic Systems (Shovels, Drills, Haul Trucks, Dozers)
Toyo-G TLI Series – Hydraulic Oil – High Anti-Wear (HO AWS)
Application: Hydraulic shovels, rotary blasthole drills, haul truck hydraulics, dozer hydraulics, loader hydraulics.
Why it works: High anti-wear (AWS) protection – extends pump and valve life. Excellent thermal stability – resists breakdown in high-temperature hydraulic systems. Good water separability and filterability. Good oxidation stability.
Key Specifications: ISO viscosity grades 32, 46, 68 (depending on OEM and climate). Meets or exceeds major mining hydraulic OEM requirements.
Benefit: Reduces hydraulic pump and valve wear. Minimizes unplanned hydraulic system failures. Longer oil life.
For Wire Ropes (Draglines, Hoists, Shovels, Crusher Feeders)
Toyo-G TLI Series – Wire Rope Lubricant (WR)
Application: Dragline hoist and drag ropes, shovel crowd ropes, mine hoist ropes (underground and surface), crusher feeder rope drives, conveyor rope splicing.
Why it works: Deep penetration to rope core. Excellent adhesion – does not fling off at high speed.
Outstanding corrosion protection for wire strands. Resists water washout. Contains EP additives for rope-to-sheave contact.
Benefit: Extends wire rope life significantly (20-50% longer in many cases). Reduces replacement frequency. Improves safety by preventing rope degradation.

Toyo-G TIC Series – Parts Cleaner & Degreaser
Application: Cleaning heavy equipment parts (bearings, gears, hydraulic components) during maintenance. Degreasing before inspection or welding.
Why it works: Fast-acting solvent-based cleaner. Evaporates quickly – leaves no residue. Safe on most metals (including steel, cast iron, aluminum). Available in aerosol and bulk.
